our beginning
We were founded in 2023 following the annual Jasenovac conference, which is held in April. That year it was hosted in Belgrade, Serbia.

Our Team
Gojko Rončević Mraović was one of the 10,0000 children saved by Diana Budisavljevic. His whole family (parents, sister and two brothers) was brutally murdered by the Croatian Ustashe during WWII (in 1942 to be exact.) Gojko was placed in Jastrebarsko concentration camp as a child, an exceptionally brutal form of cultural genocide, whereby he was to be made into an Croatian Ustasha. He lives in Belgrade, Serbia.
Michelle Glavic (Glavčić) is a historian and educator (with seven years of classroom teaching experience.) She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with a Master's degree in History (with Merit) in 2023. She is a descendant of genocide survivors. Her baba (grandmother) grew up in the same region as Gojko. Her great-uncle was murdered at Jasenovac (in 1942) for the crime of being a Serbian Orthodox Christian. She lives in Southern Ontario, Canada.
David Harfield is a distinguished Toast Master. He graduated from Brock University with a Bachelor's degree in Film Arts (with Distinction) in 2023. He has helped fund Gojko's book. David has dreams of making films about Diana Budisavljevic and that time period in general (the western balkans circa WWII.) He lives in Southern Ontario, Canada.
Together, we are united by a commitment to preserve and share Diana's legacy by ensuring her story reaches diverse audiences, empowering them to appreciate the impact of her heroic deeds and to model in her footsteps.
We are currently accepting new team members who are captivating and highly energized public speakers. Contact us for more information.
